Grand Master Sejin Park is the President of World Champion Taekwondo.

WCT Masters vision is to instill in their students a sound mind and strong sense of self-confidence. Students will learn discipline and respect through the art of Taekwondo. Tae Kwon Do (Taekwondo) is the most recognized form of Korean martial arts dating back many centuries. Literally translated, Tae Kwon Do means “foot-hand art.” The beauty of Taekwondo, especially the spectacular kicking techniques, is recognized the world over. It is one of the many reasons why Taekwondo has been recognized as an Olympic event. However, there is much more to Taekwondo than kicking and punching. It has been designed as a non-violent art system for the entire body and mind. It is, quite literally, a philosophy and a way of life. All WCT students will be taught Respect for their country, self, fellow man and all authority.

Taekwondo students learn far more than the basic techniques of self-defense. They learn the five beliefs of Taekwondo which are the cornerstones of the philosophy that embody the art: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and determination.

master    Grand Master Sejin Park - President of World Champion Tae Kwon Do, is a sixth degree Black Belt and holds a Masters Degree in Education from Kyung Hee University. He won Gold Medals at the World Championships in 1989, 1992, 1993, and 1994. He is ranked number one in Korea and, amongst other honors, was a World All Stars Champion in 1994. As the Grand Master of World Champion Tae Kwon Do, Master Park instructs students of all levels and manages and trains all Masters as they join the WCT organization. GM Park also works with the Pan American Taekwondo Union as the Executive Director – Treasure. GM Park is also the President of Connecticut Taekwondo Martial Arts Commission.

WCT Vision:

To maintain and develop only students who adhere to and maintain the five benefits of Taekwondo. To train, monitor and maintain only the students who show respect, discipline, and self control. To establish WCT schools in each of the 50 States in the USA with only the best Korean Taekwondo Instructors and WCT Korean trained instructors.
